Around here, we don’t just read books—we learn Around here, we don’t just read books—we learn from them, talk about them, and (occasionally) recommend them like we’re running our own book club.

Through our Read to Lead program, everyone at Trevelino/Keller gets to pick from a shelf of inspiring reads—covering everything from creativity and leadership to wild stories of perseverance. After reading, we share what resonated most during staff meetings and look for ways to carry those lessons into our everyday lives.

And let’s be honest—reading hits different when you’ve got a stunning background to match. Whether it’s a sunlit corner in the office or one of our favorite patio spots, we’ve got the perfect setting to crack open a good book.
