Start-Up Council Now Accepting Applications for November 13 Roundtable

Start-Up Council, a group of industry experts committed to supporting the next generation of emerging companies, recently announced that it is now accepting applications for its next roundtable, scheduled for Tuesday, November 13.

In this distinctive roundtable setting, a council of multi-disciplined experts answers questions and discuss various issues that may impact a start-up’s business strategy and launch.

The Roundtable also coincides with Global Entrepreneur Week, taking place November 12-18, which celebrates global innovators and job creators who launch start-ups that bring ideas to life and drive economic growth. 2012 has been an exciting year specifically for Atlanta’s start-up community.

In August, Invest Atlanta launched Start Up Atlanta specifically designed to revitalize and engage the local start-up community. This initiative and others continue to join together with the ultimate goal of increasing Atlanta’s visibility as a strong technology hub for entrepreneurs and early stage companies.

Start-Up Council, which is in its sixth year serving the start-up community, is comprised of industry experts across a variety of verticals, who provide guidance to entrepreneurs as it relates to public relations, social marketing, funding, legal, business development, outsourced manufacturing, marketing and branding.

Since 2006, Start-Up Council has successfully advised more than 40 companies who have gone on to achieve success in business. Entries for the upcoming event on November 13 will be accepted until Monday, November 5. Applications can be found at http://www.trevelinokeller.com/startup.asp and submitted via email to ccrabill@trevelinokeller.com.
