A Dynamic Website and Branding Overhaul for WITS Experiential
WITS came to us in dire need of a website overhaul. As an experiential event marketing agency, their brand and website fell short of capturing the energy and tone of precisely what they were selling—experiential marketing.
The project included a complete website build and the integration of a modern tech stack to enhance performance, analytics and user experience. The team also completed a corporate rebranding effort, incorporating updated messaging. To support the rebrand, the team conducted market research to gain insight into current trends and customer behaviors. Buyer personas were developed to guide the creation of targeted messaging and ensure alignment with customer motivations. A growth marketing strategy was created based on this research.
Collaborative brand and product workshops enabled cross-functional alignment and clarity around the refreshed brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Creatively, our “W” treatment became a window into experiential online content, and the site was enriched with event programming, while ensuring web performance was not compromised.
A demand gen program was also launched to accelerate lead acquisition and conversion. In the months following, WITS saw an impression share of 62.37%, with a 145% increase in active web users and a 1,000+% increase in social activity.
