While “Uncertainty” may be the word of 2025 — 82% of chief economists described the current level of uncertainty in the global economy as ‘very high’ in May — we will look back on 2025 with other descriptors. Promising. Opportunistic. Enduring. We chose to keep uncertainty at a distance rather than letting it consume our drive, performance and culture.
We further integrated our acquisition of growth marketing firm MM, leveraging their expertise and tech while absorbing outsourcing and introducing new capabilities. It landed us “Deal of the Year” recognition. Speaking of recognition, we continued our award run across our three practices, public relations, growth marketing and creative services, as we approach our 200th agency award, all on the heels of starting the year as one of 31 firms in America recognized as a Best Place to Work.
Our talent pool expanded during the second half of the year in two critical areas — growth marketing and entry level integrated with three, no doubt, rising stars.
We successfully launched ATL Trailblazhers, a women-led angel group with a mission to expand Atlanta’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Speaking of entrepreneurs, our T/K-founded Winepreneurs hosted some sought-after events in conjunction with Atlanta Tech Week, as well as throwing the spotlight on Startup Atlanta and Venture Atlanta. We continue to believe Winepreneurs is one of the city’s best draws.
So, we look back on 2025 with some certainty that our client work was notable, that our industry-leading position in talent retention remains, well, industry-leading, and that one full year in our new space has given us a fresh perspective on what lies ahead as we embrace AI and define our thought-leadership position.
